Yes, it's true. Jennifer Holliday will be performing live in downtown White Plains, NY for the Juneteenth annual Parade and Festival on Saturday, June 14, 2008!! Free! You need to be there!!

Class A will be releasing some new recording products this summer ranging from instrumental accompaniment tracks to the release of a new gospel group. Stay tuned!

Class A Music will produce the annual African American Juneteenth festival to be held in downtown White Plains, NY on Saturday, June 14, 2008. The Parade will begin at 12 noon and the festival with begin at 2 PM. Class A will handle bookings of performers, sound reinforcements of both the Parade route, stage and marketing of the event. We are looking forward to a wonderful time.

Class a Music is expanding its pool of musicians for live and recording work. Bass players, drummers, guitarists, keyboardists and organists are sought. All styles welcomed.
Also, arrangers for charts and lead sheets are needed. Lisa D. Nelson is in the process of forming a new contemporary gospel group for special projects, recordings and outreach ministry. Sopranos, altos and tenors are needed. Must be able to lead and hold harmonies, be able to travel as needed. Living in New York not necessary. Must be churched, saved and understand outreach ministry. Eventual pay and expenses provided.

Lisa Nelson and the Union Baptist Church Mass Choir of White Plains, NY just completed a Bobby Jones television taping at the Urban Summit in Connecticut. This was a marvelous opportunity for many gospel artists to fellowship. The choir gave a riveting performance of "So Glad I'm Here" and "He Made A Difference" following artists Steven Hurd and Tramaine Hawkins. Shows are set to begin airing on the Word Network in late July.
